There isn’t really anything too different to the last espresso I had here. While it was pleasant and satisfactory it was decidedly average. Pour was a little long and the crema, while a good caramel colour, was thin. There was a delicate roasted aroma and on the palate it was light-bodied with a dry, roasted nutshell character and almost no bitterness, finishing slightly dry and astringent.

This macchiato came as expected. The milk was drowning the espresso; bit did not completely overpower the smooth and balanced roast (Di Bella). Heat was well maintained and subtle tones of earth and oak peeped through with each sip.
A simple coffee presented in a simple manner, although slightly too tall in its presentation.

This coffee arrived looking nearly picture perfect including a tightly packed, perfect thickness, creamy head. It kind of went downhill from there. I could tell by the colour that it was going to be, for me, under-strength. Quite creamy and milk dominated in flavour with barely perceptible espresso flavour. Some sweet caramel, mild bitterness and dusty/powdered nuttiness with a drying finish. The fantastic milk texture was a standout.
